These Terms of Service govern your use of Bread&Barter (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Collabs and credits
Bread&Barter is a marketplace connecting brands and creators on a credit-based system. No cash changes hands on the platform. Brands and creators are solely responsible for fulfilling the terms of any agreed collab.
3. Acceptable use
You may not post unlawful content, spam other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform’s billing or quota systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any collab.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
